
We chose our lunch selections (soft drink, salads with salmon, fresh fruit, etc.). We arrived at the spa for our appointment at 11:30am.

Lunch was also included in our package- that was a complete debacle. When asked, they said they were not allowed to serve alcohol due to COVID.we replied that we had seen several other guests served mimosas that day. We were never given our mimosas (which were specifically stated in the package I purchased). The robe they gave me was full of big holes- to the point where I wondered why they hadn't pitched it? I would be embarrassed to hand that to a client. The building could use some updating, I'm not being picky about decor or style- simply cleanliness! The floors were stained and a mess.

I hadn't been here in about 12 years, but in my opinion the place has gone downhill. I purchased a gift card for my friend and I, as a special treat for her 40th birthday.
